Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The Roma Fall Giveaway (“Contest”) is presented by Roma Catering, located at 2626 23rd Street NE, Calgary, Alberta.
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Roma Catering, its owners, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter — Purchase Method
During the Contest Period, participants will receive one (1) Contest entry for every $50 spent before GST in each individual qualifying transaction made in-store or online for frozen food products through Roma's Market. This offer does not apply to catering orders through Roma Catering or orders through Romano's restaurant.
Each individual transaction must total at least $50 before GST to qualify.
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $50 spent within that qualifying transaction.
For example:
A $49.99 transaction before GST = 0 entries
A $50 transaction before GST = 1 entry
A $75 transaction before GST = 1 entry
A $100 transaction before GST = 2 entries
A $150 transaction before GST = 3 entries
A $200 transaction before GST = 4 entries
Transactions cannot be combined to reach the $50 minimum.
GST, delivery fees and gift card purchases do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount.
4. No-Purchase Method of Entry
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligible participants may enter without making a purchase by submitting one (1) handwritten entry per person by mail to:

The handwritten entry must include:
Full name
Complete mailing address
Email address
Signature
A statement indicating the participant's desire to enter the Roma Fall Giveaway without making a purchase
Only one (1) no-purchase entry per person will be accepted.
Mail-in entries must be received by September 30, 2026. Each eligible mail-in entry will receive one (1) Contest entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an Ultimate Roma Feast Package, with an approximate retail value of $178 CAD.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Roma Catering reserves the right, where necessary, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible Contest entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about October 1, 2026.
The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question
The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided with their entry.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
Meet all Contest eligibility requirements;
Successfully respond to the winner notification; and
Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
The selected entrant will have 7 days from the date of the first attempted notification to respond.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 7 days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, they will be disqualified and Roma Catering may select another eligible entrant by random draw.
8. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on October 1, 2026, following confirmation of eligibility and completion of the skill-testing question.
Roma Catering may identify the winner by first name and last initial, subject to applicable privacy requirements and the winner's consent where required.
9. Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Contest will be used only for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, including processing entries, contacting the selected entrant and awarding the prize.
Entering the Contest does not automatically subscribe participants to Roma Catering's marketing communications. Separate consent will be required to receive promotional emails or other marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Roma Catering's privacy practices.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Roma Catering, which are final and binding with respect to matters relating to the Contest.
Roma Catering reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, submits fraudulent or incomplete information, attempts to interfere with the Contest, or otherwise participates in a manner that Roma Catering reasonably determines to be unfair or inappropriate.
Roma Catering is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, including mail-in entries.
11. Instagram, Facebook and Meta Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any and all liability arising from or relating to the Contest.
