Roma catering was amazing from initial consultation to the day of the wedding and straightening out the details afterwards. We were treated as unique customers building a menu that fit our needs and not just selecting from pre-canned menus. After we selected Roma the representative, Megan, was awesome – she helped calm my crazy bride nerves promptly answering every email with annoying questions. The day of our wedding Frank and his staff were out of this world. We had a buffet meal and kind of assumed it would be a fend-for-yourself type deal. We were completely blown away with how involved and attentive the Roma staff were – they were just as helpful and involved as any plated meal service. Frank even made sure my husband and I had a plate of fresh, late night snack pizza, as we were dancing away and didn’t quite notice it was out. Roma is amazing and I would truly recommend them for any budget and any event – they hit it out of the park!

Although it is now early in the New Year, it is still only a few weeks since we had our excellent luncheon catered by your organization. We very much appreciate the high standard of food and service ROMA provides under your guidance. This year was no exception and we received no complaints from anyone which is high praise. I am sorry we omitted to call your staff out personally from the kitchen to thank them, so please pass on our sincere thanks for a job well done.
